We built the first plant on the planet producing only recyclable flexible packaging.
We at Constantia Flexibles are aware of our responsibility regarding the environment. Therefore, we are always looking for new solutions how to produce packaging in a way that is minimizing the environmental impact and ecological footprint.
On the 20th of November 2019, Constantia Flexibles celebrates the opening of Ecoflex Ahmedabad: the first plant on the planet designed to produce recyclable flexible packaging only. This modern plant meets all requirements of the modern world and lays the foundation to lead the packaging industry into a more sustainable direction. Thereby, Constantia Flexibles is following the commitment of our customers towards more environmentally friendly packaging.

The more environmentally-friendly lid.
EcoPeelCover is the more environmentally-friendly
CFlex lid. It is fully recyclable and has high barrier
properties, thus it can be used in various application areas.

ComforLid
Double layer die cut lid.
ComforLid is a double layer die cut lid composed of one aluminum layer and a coextrusion plastic layer. The consumer peels off the aluminum layer and the plastic layer with the exact positioned opening stays on the cup. The opening in the plastic layer is applied with a laser. Sealing on PP-cups or HDPE bottles.
