ComforLid
Double layer die cut lid.
ComforLid is a double layer die cut lid composed of one aluminum layer and a coextrusion plastic layer. The consumer peels off the aluminum layer and the plastic layer with the exact positioned opening stays on the cup. The opening in the plastic layer is applied with a laser. Sealing on PP-cups.

ComforLid is suitable for PP cups.
Yes, we offer different shapes and can develop also new customer specific shapes.
Our Comfor Lid has good recyclability. The used coex layer is PP based. This means if the top Aluminium layer is completely removed, the PP cup can go together with the remaining coex layer into the PP recycling stream. The Aluminium will be of course recycled in the Alu stream.
