Double layer die cut lid.
The innovative ComforLid is a double layer die cut lid composed of one aluminum layer and a coextrusion plastic layer sealing to PP cups. The consumer peels off the aluminum layer; the plastic layer with the perfectly placed drink opening remains on the cup.

ComforLid is suitable for PP cups.
Yes, we offer different shapes and can develop also new customer specific shapes.
Our ComforLid has good recyclability. The used coex layer is PP based. This means if the top Aluminium layer is completely removed, the PP cup can go together with the remaining coex layer into the Alu recycling stream. The Aluminium will be of course recycled in the Alu stream.
