Since years Constantia Flexibles is the market leader in twist film with own film production. Due to the multilayer structure we can provide twist solutions for very specific customer requirements. Lacquer can be added optionally (for example: mat lacquer, low COF and scratch-protective overlacquer).

Optical effects, such as matt / glossy varnishes, metallization and stripmetallization, tactile varnishes, hologram, etc. are available as standard.
Due to its excellent dead-fold-properties, Wrapstar is mainly used for sensitive chocolate products and Ecotwist is mainly used for hardcandies.
Due to the consistency of hardcandies, the speed of hardcandy lines is higher than on chocolate twistlines. Ecotwist and Wrapstar are used on customer high speed lines with more than 2000 pcs/min.
