Constantia Flexibles Promotional Giveaway Terms & Conditions for FACHPACK 2025

These terms govern how Constantia Flexibles GmbH runs a promotional giveaway in respect to FACHPACK (23. 8:00 AM CET - 25 September 18:00 CET 2025) in Nürnberg, Germany (“FACHPACK 2025”).

1. Organizer

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

  • Participation in the promotional giveaway is open to business professionals aged 18 or older attending the FACHPACK 2025.
  • Only one entry per person is allowed.
  • Employees of the Organizer and its subsidiaries and/or affiliated entities, and their immediate family members are excluded from participation in the promotional giveaway.

3. Participation

  • There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the contest.
  • To enter, participants must complete the registration form accessible via QR code at the Organizer’s booth during the FACHPACK 2025. Entries outside of this period will not be valid.
  • Registration requires providing the following data: participant’s name, company and company email address.

4. Contest Description

  • This is a promotional giveaway, not a lottery or a contest addressed to public, but professionals attending the FACHPACK 2025. Winners of the promotional giveaway are not selected randomly.
  • After the FACHPACK 2025, the Organizer will manually select winners based on the following criteria:
    • Business relevance to the Organizer’s product offering
    • Strategic fit for future collaboration
  • The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotional giveaway.

5. Prizes

  • Selected winners will receive a free order of digitally printed lids in a predefined quantity
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to adjust prize quantities or substitute prizes of equal value.
  • Delivery of the prizes will be governed by the Organizer’s Terms of Sale and Delivery, available online. By accepting the prizes, the winners confirm that they have read and accept the Organizer’s Terms of Sale and Delivery (available online) for delivery of the prizes.

6. Winner Notification

  • Winners will be notified via email within 30 days after the end of the FACHPACK 2025 .
  • If a winner does not respond within 30 days from the Organizer’s notification, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Data Protection

  • Personal data collected during registration of the promotional giveaway will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and relevant data protection laws.
  • Personal data of the participants will be used solely for:
    • Administration of promotional giveaway
    • Winner communication
    • Optional: marketing communication (if consent is given).
  • Participants have the right to access, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing and the right to object to the processing and the right to data portability in accordance with the requirements of data protection laws. If consent is given, participants have the right to withdraw the consent to the processing of their personal data at any time.
  • Further details on how the participant’s personal data will be processed can be found on the Organizer’s website in the Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

  • The Organizer and its directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
    • any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees in respect to the promotional giveaway
    • technical issues, data loss, or delays in communication in respect to the promotional giveaway.
  • Liability for the delivery of the prizes will be governed by the Organizer’s Terms of Sale and Delivery, available online.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by German law.

11. Sanction and Export Restrictions

  • Participants of the promotional giveaway and respectively winners acknowledge and agree to comply with all applicable sanctions laws, regulations, and directives imposed by the European Union, the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, Singapore, and any other relevant jurisdiction.
  • The Organizer and winners shall not engage in any transactions or business dealings that violate any trade and financial sanctions laws applicable to the Organizer, its subsidiaries and/or affiliated entities (“Trade and Financial Sanctions Laws”). This includes, but is not limited to, conducting business with individuals, entities, or countries subject to sanctions, embargoes, or other restrictive measures, in violation of any applicable Trade and Financial Sanctions Laws.
  • Neither the Organizer, nor the winners shall, directly or indirectly, export, re-export, transfer, or make available any product, service, technology, or information, provided under this promotional giveaway, to any individual, entity, or country prohibited by the Trade and Financial Sanctions Laws, or to any person, entity, or organization subject to sanctions, embargoes, or other restrictive measures without obtaining prior authorization from the competent authorities as required by the Trade and Financial Sanctions Laws.

12. Final provisions

Except as expressly provided herein, all other aspects of the promotional giveaway shall be subject to and governed by the Organizer’s Terms of Sale and Delivery, which are accessible online.
